Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally divorced, separated, or in the process of divorce. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. TILT reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time.

2. Account Creation and Verification

Create an account using email or Google Sign-In. TILT offers two verification levels:

• Selfie Verification: Required to appear in Discovery feeds.
• Divorce Verification: Optional. Documents are encrypted, used solely for verification, and permanently deleted within 72 hours.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Upload obscene or offensive content
• Use TILT for commercial purposes or spam
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• Use automated systems or bots
• Violate any applicable law

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant TILT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for operating the service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Fees charged at the beginning of each billing period
• Auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before period end
• Cancel anytime through device subscription settings
• Refunds subject to app store policies
• In-app purchases (Roses, Boosts) are non-refundable once used

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your profile, photos, matches, and messages are permanently removed. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately. TILT may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of TILT is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TILT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TILT does not conduct criminal background checks. You are responsible for your interactions with other users.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration (American Arbitration Association) in Atlanta, Georgia. You waive the right to jury trial or class action.

10. Changes to Terms

TILT may modify these Terms at any time with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using TILT and delete your account.
